We do not sell your personal information for money. If you allow Marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel shares information about your visit with Meta for advertising. Under some US state laws, such as California’s, this counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out at any time with Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals.

We use a small number of service providers and partners:

  • Google (Google Workspace / Sheets / Apps Script for form submissions, Google Analytics if you consent, Google Maps if you consent, Google Calendar for bookings).
  • GitHub (website hosting).
  • Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel), only if you allow Marketing cookies. For collecting this data on our site and sending it to Meta, KSAC and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd are joint controllers under the GDPR (Art. 26). Meta is solely responsible for what it does with the data afterwards, as described in Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can exercise your rights regarding this data with us or with Meta.
  • WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a business reorganisation, always subject to confidentiality.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers outside India and outside your country, including in the United States. Where data from the EU/UK is transferred, it is protected by the provider’s safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Transfers from India follow the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.

6. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries and contact exchanges: as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, then deleted within 24 months of our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
  • Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics, then automatically deleted.
  • Marketing data: the _fbp cookie lasts 90 days; Meta keeps data received through the Pixel according to its own policy.
  • Your cookie choice: 12 months in your browser, after which we ask again.

7. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, access to submitted data is limited to authorised team members, and our providers apply industry-standard security.
